Default The game could not be started.(80020148)

I have official 3.90 sony's sofware instaled in my psp and i tried to upgrade it to the new dark alex's 4.01 m33 but it always shows the error from the title what should i do, please help?!Thank you.

lol, dude before you an install some custom firmware like dark alex's 4.01m33
you gotta downgrade your whole psp with pandoras battery, i have official firmware my self and never bothered with custom firmware.

you can buy a pandoras battery on ebay, and theres always a rsk of bricking your psp (breaking it). Custom firmware offers much more than official though,
but i love my psp as it is and not bothere about custom. =]

The pandoras battery wil downgrade ur psp, THEN u install the m33 firmware.

Official firmware has security on it. Seriously, if sony had anything to do with it we be drones

What the second dude said, but, theres pretty much no chance of bricking your psp - get the battery and update to CFW. Check out the homebrew section - all is explained
