PSP crashing while playing God of War- Is it normal? - PSP-Forum.com

Hello

I just purchased a PSP 3 days ago and God of War as my first game (Finished it already). The firmware version is 3.90.

2 days ago while playing GoW, my PSP crashed twice at different steps of the game (The music kept going but the image froze). In both times I was able to exit the game via the home button.

Is this normal to happen? Is it a PSP problem or it has to do with the game?

Any insight would be much appreciated as I am a complete newbie on this!

Its never happened to me whilst playing God of War, maybe its the disc? I've never heard of it happening whilst playing this game. The only time its affected me what when i was playing Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories.
