Default Not enough space on new/formatted 4gb card?

I'm sure this has been post before - but I still cant seem to correct the problem.
I bought a PSP a few days ago and a Sandisk Ultra II 4Gb memory card, updated the PSP to ver 3.95, reformatted the memory stick in the PSP and when I tried to play Brooktown High (for me wife...lol) the PSP said "theres not enough space on the Memory Stick for an autosave. Atleast 928 KB free space is needed to save the game data". All of the tabs are closed, I've tried saving the game mid point, and get the same message. I would appreciate any help with this issue, tx.

Try formatting your memory stick, and also where did you buy the memory stick?

Default Re: Tx for your reply.

Bought it at Best Buy - Reg price 100$ for 50$, seemed like a good deal. I've reformatted a few times now, still nothing. Strange thing is starwars battlefront ren. squad. saves fine???

In that case it may be a dodgy game or one that only works on certain sizes. There are some games that only work on a card up to 2gb or something although it usually will let you save on a 4gb card. Did you play the game before you bought the card? if not then i dont know what it could be
