about Asia/ North America PSP

for the playstation, there was a difference between Asian/ North America version.


ex.

the Game CD plays in Asia didn't work on North America Playstation,

the game CD plays in North America didn't work on Asia. something like that.



is there any difference between Asian / North America PSP ??

can i still play the game CD i bought in Asia within North America PSP?

Hello.. there is no regional difference in psp games... which means any game from anywhere in the world will work on any psp.

Films however are regional so you are limited to being only able to play movies from the region that you bought your psp from.. unless there is a homebrew application to fix this.

Remember that your psp has it's own screen so the pal ntcs question of regional games is not an issue.

I think the homebrew app you are talking about is CFW itself. Just open recovery mode and navigate to a bit where it gives you a fake region coding thing. Never tried it meself as i have never had to but there ya go
