I bought a used PSP which is running FW 3.51.
I cannot get it to recognize a memory stick. I have tried many, I even went and bought a new, Sony branded, 2GB card - didn't work. Is the slot broken? Anything I can do to fix it? Anyone think upgrading the FW will help? Last edited by jmkeuning; 04-25-2008 at 06:17 PM. |

go to the playstation website. Navigate to the very bottom of the page. Click on PSP help and support. then go and find the bit where you can talk to someone via chat. you can then type in a querie and they will ell you what to do. I used it earlier today and the service was reasonable for me.

Not sure why. It worked perfectly fine for me. You could try and get the chat support for the ps3 and then just ask about psp instead. It might have just been the time that you tried though...
