Might sound stupid but are you on CFW because i dont think there is a CFW 3.95 yet. Unless i am just being an idiot the recovery Menu is only for CFW

Right go into settings and put your exact firmware. DO NOT miss out anything. If it has m33 then put m33 then we can help ya.

We Only needed the firmware so i suggest you edit out the MAC Address.

Anyways. Well the reason you cant access the Recovery Menu is because you are on OFW. What was the reason you wished to access the recovery Menu as there could possibly be a way around it if it is not something that you can only do on CFW. (M33 Firware) (CFW stands for Custom Firmware)

Remember you should edit out your MAC address and if ya want your nickname.

Well you will probably need to install CFW to do that. I dont know any way of changing the Buttons around without it.

Do you have MSN because if you do i will help you further through MSN.

Again I strongly recommend editing your post and rmoving the MAC adress as anyone could come in and do stuff with it. I am not sure exacly what you can do with a MAC adress but i beleive it is not brilliant for the PSP owner.
