Default Ghosting graphics, some slowish loading

Hi I am very new to the PSP and so far my experience has been frustrating.

Lego Star Wars has a very slight ghosting in graphics, GTA LCS has quite a bit, Rocky Balboa had a lot and others were bad, but some has none.

I am on Custom firmware 3.90 M33-2 and I have maximised the Cpu settings. Currently using a 1gb card. original PSP not slim. This is the 2nd PSP i have had, I brought one back to the shop but this one is doing the same thing.

Please help! I have brought it to shop again but they are no use. And its preowned so I can't contact Playstation.

You already have a thread on ghosting in games. As I said in the other thread its normal for GTA especially when your on a straight road going at top speed in your car.

yeah sorry about that but i started a new thread becuz i ahve since tried the advice on there.

in gta it was not ghosting when i was driving at a top speed. the ghosting was in the cut scenes. in rocky balboa it is during the fight every punch u throw. in pes 6 player movement is a little ghosty. in lego star war it isnt tood bad, it is mostly the head movement.

shud i download different firmware or just accept that this is normal, although it does limit which games i can play

Which is the latest firmware?

I think I am going to stop cryn and accept that some games ghost. I did a google search and it seems common. I bought it in a games exchange shop and have exchanged it once. T o be honest the Rocky Game was poor anyway so I shudnt complain. Football Manager has none (obviously) and Lego Star wars has very very little. I will just test out games b4 I buy them (thats whats great about havn a portable console). I'm also into retro games (Desert Strike, Road Rash, Sonic) which will def not lag. Thanks for the help, I'm gonna just get on with playn and stop complaining.

Yep, I hope league is ours, the match on sunday was hard to watch at times but at other times it was great. Can't wait to have Rio and Vidic back, seems like the end of last season all over again. We have enough to beat the gooners next week. Wish I had a season ticket! I've been doing my driving lessons this year wish I'd did them 10 years ago. Last match I was at was the friendly v Inter

I don't think there are any demos of the NHL games. The latest firmware is I think 3.93.

Can't wait for the Roma match and after that ohhhhh we have surely got Barca.
