Default PSP memory can't be read after module replacement

Hello for Israel, I am new to this forum :O)

Have a fat ta-081 psp, Which decided to stop reading memory stick few weeks ago. tried to clean the contacts, And bought another mem stick on ebay, Which was also not working (Blinking orange light, And psp won't turn on while memoty is inside). Ordered a wifi/memory card replacement (Original was model 299, got model 268 on ebay), Just replaced it, And problem persists.....
Any suggestions ?
Thank you

Dunno... Maybe the one you got from ebay was fake and the other one could have been formatted wrong or somehting... other than that i dont know... I reccomend in future buy memory cards from trusted sellers like amazon.co.uk and not their marketplace!!

Try reformatting them. Make sure you back up your data though.

Bought an original sony 2gb memory and even tried 1gb sandisk memory and they both can't be read by my PSP. Not with original MS-299 board and not with the MS-268 I got on Ebay.....
I'll try to get another board replacement instead of the bought one, Because if it won't help, It might be the motherboard.....
