UGH! Why doesnt any one make a psp back up. Its so easy to do and it can save you soo much money, time, or both.
Every one should make a psp root back up and a flash0 backup (If needed) If you dont know what flash0 is, then you dont need the backup

Sorry all, have to agree with mikesta99.
If you don't do regular back ups you can't moan when it all goes missing or becomes corrupt. Formatting the card should solve the problem. Once formatted copy the folders to a safe place on your PC. Then format your Memory stick this way to make it more stable and quicker: Mainly tried this on my 4 gig cards and it seems to work ok. Should possibly work with other size cards. What I found out while running a card speed test is that my cards were only reading at abt 2mb/s after playnig the speed increased to 11mb/s Used Blackspeed v 1.0 for test Google it. Test speed before and after If card info is FAT or FAT16 your card is formatted ok. Check yours Connect the psp to pc via usb and go to My Computerand click on the drive of the PSP Look where it say's details on the left hand side. It should read FAT if it reads FAT32 you need to format the card to FAT16 to do this. Before you go any further BACKUP THE MS CARD to your COMPUTER Say your PSP drive is X 1. Go to Start-> Menu-> Run... 2. Type Format X: /FS:FAT space between : and / Use windows explorer to reinstall your file structure on the card afterwards then try your card again If you reformat the card via the Format Card in the PSP System menu it will only format to FAT32 on a 4 gig card PS. I didn't write this it was some other cool guy and I take no responsibilty for any losses you incurr as a result of using this method of formatting the card. My advice is as follows: Follow the instructions and you will be ok, my 11 year old son has managed it without any issues. ![]()

I think you should get someone elses psp, put your memory chip in their psp. Then get someone to send you a psp backup and connect to a computer and put the backup in the memory chip and replace the folders.
