how do you find shows on your psp after you download them from tivo togo any help would be appreciated

You can tell by right clicking the icon for the file and selecting properties, or just by the file name itself. For instance: The Simpsons Movie.mp4, is an mp4 file.

The video file need to be Mpeg-4 (MP4) so you need to find a convertor to convert the video.
Here's a one however there's loads more online, just use google.
