Default PSP.. or not?

I have been considering buying a PSP..seems cool but the problem is that there is only 64 MB space for stuff, I would want to move anime from my computer(not illegal i think) and watch it on the PSP but anime series are like 2-5 GB each so they would not fit. I know that converting them to PSP form will decrease their size but how much? I'm also aware of the memory sticks but if I bought forexample x2 4GB memory sticks it would be 100€ more = 300€ the whole thing. And by the way, does a charger and battery come with the PSP?

If anyone could answer these simple questions I would be very grateful.

Thanks in advance,

Mashda.

PSP is good for your travels, 4gb don't really cost that much nowadays. Yes the charger and battery does come with the PSP.

i put my tv shows on my psp. originally they are close to 400mb each, after converting them with PSPvideo 9, they end up being any where from 180mb to 300mb, depending on the quality level i choose.

Well for 199 Canadian plus tax, I got a PSp Silver 2000 edition. a Game, a Movie, the adapter, the battery and a 1 gb memory stick. Seems preety good to me. Though im sure you might find a half decient memeory card on ebay. Im on ebay right now, Looking for good deals lolz.

Edit: Well if one looked carfully on EBay, They could get 20 GB's (5 Memory Cards) for 125 Canadian. INCLUDING shipping a 4 GB memory stick pro duo is 25 - 30 dollars. If you want my opnion. Buy a Daxter or Star Wars edition. Then buy all the extra memory you need on ebay. Note that the star ward bundle does NOT!! include the 1gb memory card. the 1 gb memory card comes with the Daxter Bundle ONLY

Edit 2: They even have 8 BG cards for under 70 including shipping. They could be fake, but if they work I don't think it matters.
