Default PSP Modding

I found this awesome looking PSP on eBay:
Sony PSP Console 3.71 M33 FUNKY BLUE GREEN on eBay, also, Sony PSP, Consoles Systems, Video Games (end time 08-Jan-08 21:15:00 GMT)
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get my PSP looking like that?
