Default Rss Audio Feed Question

I have not yet purchased a psp but from what I've read online you can play audio rss feeds without saving the music to your memory card.

Chances are I won't have a memory card right away (i dont have enough money) but if I could create an rss feed and upload music to it I could then listen to my music via the feed correct?

Also if this is true that would it be possible to upload tons of mp3s to a rss feed and then search the music and download songs I like?

If you can then I have an idea that would be a great way to download free music onto your psp. If you think I'm going in the wrong direction and should not attempt this let me know.
