I don't, cause I "improved" it almost since the very beginning.

It's been too slippery to me and I couldn't get it to work like a real stick - to micro-move it with minimum force. I just had to press on it in order not to get my finger slipped off of it and when I moved it with some pressure the movements were jerky and not precise. So I just clipped the ends of the cap, cut out a rubber circle out of some rubber band and glued it to the cap with Super Glue. Grip has greatly improved. And I mean GREATLY. So the feel and control inproved dramatically. Now it feels more like a stick, not like a disk. I can actually feel the micro movements of a stick now.

Sure it looks ugly (but you could do better of course), but who's gonna care if I'm gonna waste your butt in FIFA when precise aiming is a bare necessity? And you gonna look exactly like you've been beaten with "an ugly stick".

P.S. Now I'm gonna work on how to make it look good.

You might want to replace that analog disk unit if you can.
But if you still have a warranty I suggest you to send it back to Sony for an AD replacement only (don't forget to mention it) if your screen is perfect (no dead pixels or bubbles). 'Cause they may just send you refurbished unit with dead pixels, scratches and what not.

There's also improved caps, but I doubt they gonna make it feel like a stick cause they are big and wiiiiiiiiide. But you may give it a try and tell us if it's really better.

If auction is over - just take a look at "Seller's other items"
