Default Buttons on the PSP

Why do they not light up when your in the dark.

Was playing it in bed next to the Mrs the other night, and no lights on the buttons. Should there be? Can this be corrected?

Scott.

No sony didn't put lights in so that the buttons lit up. I'm sure that you can put lights in there.

The reason why Sony didn't put lights under the buttons is because in the PSP manual and in all the game manuals it tells you to always play in a well-lit room (I assume for eye safety related purposes)

Not like I or anyone else listens to that advice.

Does everyone agree that games are much better in the dark??
