Default Emulator Guide

Does anyone know of a website or a link to a guide with info on ALL the PSP emulators? Or can anyone tell me here? Like, of all the Genesis, SNES, etc, emulators, which ones run the smoothest and best? If so, please post. Thanks.

btw, I don't know if this is a stupid question but, do you guys think they will ever create an emulator for the SNES, GEN, MAME that will run at full speed? If so, when do you think?

HEY party pooper!

Try running your SNES emu at 333Mhz and use the framskip (1 or 2 should be fine). It actually runs pretty smoothly! Cheers!
