Default emergancy!... help with memory card

i just purchased a 4 gb memory card or psp on ebay.
i know people say that theres alot of chance that itll be defective and stuff
and how itll say "data error: cyclic redundancy check." if it is defective.

well that did happen to be but im not sure if it was my fault because
in one of the transfers i accidentaly pressed circle on my psp
and it disconnected in the middle of a transfer. right after, i tried re-connecting the psp and transferring files, but it would say "data error: cyclic redundancy check"

yah... so does anyone know if i can return this thing? or not since i broke it?

p.s. also it says that for most people it would stop working at 250mb.
mine does too, but before that i transfered alot of my music which was 750 mb... so.. yah T^T;;; i think it is my fault but i really have to knwo for sure. thank you

There might be a chance you got a fake on eBay. Lots of fakes lying around eBay at the moment.

Cool

Get the cards model number (on the bottom) type it into the cards brand website and if doesnt bring up results then you've got your self a fake card. You should be able to get a refund, if the seller refuses than PayPal will force him.
