Just my luck! I've just bought my Datel Wifi Max from the local Music store and follwed the step-by-step instructions like a dog and his bone
. Anyway the funny thing is the only problem I'm having is a BIG ONE!Apparently the DRIVERS that have come with the device provided all in one CD are NOT COMPATIBLE WITH Windows XP Home (service pack 2). I'm quite puzzelled really and do not understand how apparently I'm the only Windows XP consumer who cannot get this thing to work. Surely someone has encountered the same problem and I need to know how to bypass this security notification message.. 'This device has not passed the Windows Logo Mark..blah, blah, blah'. Please help me.....please  Thanks a lot for reading |

Here is the Exact Message I receive after attempting intall the Driver:
Window Popup Title:Software Installation Text: The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP (Link:Tell me why testing is important) The software will not be installed. Contact your system administrator. N.B. I am the administrator but I do not know how to bypass this message.[/img] |

I've seen this before. It tends to happen if you have more than one user on the system. if you do, it disables the Administrator account and you get problems like this, even if you give your user Administrator rights
Try running the installer as a REAL administrator. This MS KB article tells you how to do it better than I could http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305780/en-us
