I need a case for my psp that i can run/exercise with.... - PSP-Forum.com

Anyone know of one? I bought my psp for the main reason of using the mp3 part of it while i went on runs. I need one that i can strap to me and is not bulky. I doesnt need to carry any accessories. I have the pelican one right now because it has a velcro strap on the back for a belt, but that doesnt work(flops around too much). I need something really sleek that will protect it well.

Anyone have any ideas, i would really appricate any help.

Buying a PSP mainly for MP3 playback is already a bad idea but when you add running with it to that scenario it becomes even worse. Virtually every dedicated music player would be better for music playback as it is little more than an additional feature on Sony's device.

However, to answer your question I can't really think of a case that can be strapped to you and not be bulky - mainly because the PSP is quite a bulky device to begin with. Have a look at the Logitech PlayGear Street - it is a little bulky and is more like a 'bum bag' than a case but I can't imagine anything better. Perhaps this is a little too much like what you already have though. Hope this helps.

EDIT - Found this. It has a belt loop on it providing there is something that it can attach to that you wear while jogging.

Pagnell that's a great find. I also run a lot and I would like to use my PSP, but I just bought a cheap 512mb one. I might get that belt though.

Pagnell, thanks for the input the first one looks like it might work for me. I also found another one last night at Target made by mad catz that is like a small shoulder strap back pack/accessory bundle. That one runs 49.99.

As for using the psp for running, i know it wasnt a great idea but it was only an idea that my girlfriend over heard and she ended up buying the psp for my bday

. I was going to take it back because i have a rio sport but it doesnt play near as many songs as my psp with the 1gb and so far I love playing this thing even though ive only played like three different games so far.
