Default Button Protection

Hi

Is there any accessory (with high performance but cheap as possible) available that can protect and prolong the life of my PSP buttons.

From the standard PS2 controller, I've noticed that the buttons lose their sensitivity or fail to work during game play. Is this a problem common to the the PSP?

I would consider myself to be a 'hardcore gamer' (button bashing).

Thanks

Chris

You can buy replacement buttons, but they won't be black.
