Default wire for wifi connection through laptop?

is there some sort of wire that i can connect to my laptop which is connected to my internet? thanks for any info

Sorry dude but that what the "Wi" in "WiFi" means, wireless. Are you still hung up on that PSPortal thing from the other day. I find it comes in handy when I feel lazy and don't wanna take the MC outta my PSP.

no i never found out. it just wouldnt connect even though i put the ip address in. i was using a hotels wifi though so maybe that was the problem. u need internet access right? for both laptop and psp.

ok long story short is that it is not possible for me to connect to my router. the simple question is... can I or can I not connect to my router (my laptop is connected to my router already) through my laptop? if i can, please tell me how.

When you say that it won't connect to your router, why? What error messages do you get?

Jimbohopkins if i get what your saying... Your laptop can connect to your router but you psp cant...

Simple Fix... get wifi max. That will connect to you laptop's usb port and use your laptops internet connection to send out wifi for you psp.

im staying in a hotel for 2 months. my laptop is connected to the internet by a lan cable, if i get this wifi max will it send out a signal to my psp still? or does my laptop have to be connected by wifi too? thanx for any help

Just leaving the wif max thing plugged into your laptop while it has the LAN cable connected will be fine.
