Can anyone give their thoughts on the screen protector included with this pack? It says 'high quality japanese screen protector', which sounds a little dodgy, could be a cheap crappy one for all i know.
Is it very noticable? Does it affect the quality much? And please, no 'get a hori lolorlfl1!!1!' because...well, simply put i can't. |

I've got it. The case is a very soft rubber, I can't imagine how to make it scratch the PSP. I've put it on and taken it off a few times and have no scratches visible. It is however, a little ugly. It also recesses the buttons slightly. Not too bad but might annoy some. The rubber is very thick and almost featureless apart from some symbols cut into the rubber for the buttons below the screen, the good part is that the rubber is specially thinned so you can press the buttons through the rubber. Te best part is that it gives you rubberised grips that have a real firm feeling in the hand.
The screen protector uses a weak glue but I've pull it off and replaced it a couple of time, it still sticks and doesn't leave residue. It does take the brightness of the screen down a touch but it also reduces some of the reflection you get from the screen. Personally I find it an improvement. Pro's: usefull, it does feel a quality product. The screen protector reduces glare. Cons: butt ugly, the recessed buttons can be off putting. |
