I haven't noticed a $25 price difference. It's usually the same or a few bucks. Also, I think I read
that the blue one works with digital cameras and the yellow doesn't. Anyone know if this is true?

I think the yellow ones are Hi-Speed? MS Duo MS come in two speeds, and likewise, Sony's have two colours... the high-speed is vastly superior in terms of speed, IIRC; but I think its high speed is not really supported by the PSP - you get a bottleneck.

Cheers

OK GUYS i think everyoen is fussing over MS PRO DUO and their performances eh? Well most of the stuffs i own from digital camera to game console and what so ever are sony so i had to deal with a lot of MS Duo. I have several type and i've done extensive research to find the best one and here is what i can tell you. Sony MS ProDuo made for PSP are color black, they have 2 type one is call MS PRO DUO PSP and one is the same thing but call HIGH SPEED PSP. They are the same just the speed is a bit faster. The Sandisk on the other is cheaper and some people were thinkin that they might not be as fast as the Sony but I tell you now, the Sandisk is BETTER in their own ways. The Bably Blue or Light blue Sandisk come in 256 and 512MB, they dont have a HighSpeed version, Why? BECAUSE THEY ARE HIGH SPEED. If anyone ever care to flip the little paper they give you it would say that the transfer rate can possibly reach over 60mbps depend on how you process it. Then you have the multi colors one rite? That is not too hard to explain since the pink is 128, the orange is 256 and the green is 512 and the Yellow is 1GB. These multi color Sandisk stick are THE FASTEST MS PRO DUO AVAILABLE as of NOW. If you want to double check that you can go to google or yahoo and type in FASTEST MS PRO DUO and it would bring up 2 MS Pro Duo: the baby blue 512mb from Sandisk and the 1GB Yellow from Sandisk. They will tell you that the Yellow one is capable of running over 70 and possible over 80 mbps no sweat. These MS are made for gaming and imaging therefore they can handle extremely high quality movies that are being store on the MS. The Black Sony MS Pro Duo High Speed might be comparable to the yellow one but being better than the Yellow one is not possible. I currently own 1 Purple 32 MB came from my digital camera, 1 Black Sony 32 MB came from PSP, one 256 Sandisk Baby Blue, one 512 Baby Blue Sandisk, and one 1GB Yellow Sandisk. I use the 1gb for PSP movies pictures mp3, the 512 for digital camera, the 256 as back up for digital camera or just incase i need the space (often use for pictures), and the 32s are use for save games hehehe really does the job. Well hope that this will help you guys better at buying a good MS Pro Duo. As far as now im very satisfy with the 512 and the 1gb they have done awsome job at writing and reading heavy duty movies and mp3 files on it so mayb someoen should give it a try and tell us what you think

normal edition comes with an adaptor to change ur mem stick duo to a regular mem stick (you basically plug it in to the adaptor). useful if you use ur mem stick duo for digi cam, or if ur comp has a mem stick slot (like mine).

gaming edition is just the mem stick duo. kinda feel cheated for the same price minus the adaptor.

i don't think the color really matters. i've seen green and red mem stick duos as well.
