hey i was just wonering are skins like a new case, or just stikers that u have to be carefull as hell to put on and u cant remove?

Depends on the skin. I got a Gamers Grafix one for my DS, and it's pretty damn hard to get off.

they proberbly use vinyls. the glue on those things are like cement.

I bought a skin from here. I like it alot. You do have to buy a seperate screen protector from like Pelican. That's what I did. And like Hanzo said, the vinyl one stick like cement. All the ones from that site are vinyl, and very high quality. And they have skins for just about anything.
