Did you get the pelican brand? I did and took me 10 minutes to figure how to get it work, now I have lot of red on tv, so f%^K it. I will return it and get the sony brand, try to save 5 dollars and then go back.

Default Problems connecting AV cable

Hi Deryckngo,
Your problem is you bought AV cable three prong lead!! Am I right?? You should have purchased a componant lead 5 prong= green, blue, White and two red. This enables you to access game content. Has nothing to do wiv cheaper cables- you can buy official Sony or third party they both work. I use official Sony componant cable, excellant quality of image for you HD tv!!! Umd movies look slightly crisper as well than standard 3 prong AV. Hope this is helpful. However gaming images will always have black bars all the way round the image. Does'nt affect gameplay though.

Works great no problems plugin in tv and psp, set tv to component settings, put psp on and set the psp to component mode. I didn't have spend time figuring it out. No color bleed on tv and sharp picture. Just to let you know when playing on tv will be a smaller view than viewing pictures, movies off the psp on tv, but lot bigger than the psp screen.

Edit: I forgot to say only on PSP slim for playing on tv.
