Default bATTERY pROBLEM hELP!!!!!

PSP battery seemed to have died, Charge level 0% and says charge complete. but it won't work when unplugged. Put another battery in it and after about a week it did the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

no orange and now it won't do nothing but turn orange for a few minutes
