Default Memory stick, what do I use??

Hi everybody! I'm now the proud owner of a PSP! It's the white S&L Star Wars edition... Not really into the Star wars thing, but hey... It was the only PSP availible!

Soooo... Here's a question for ya all. I need more memory on the PSP. Can I buy any kind of memory to it?

Is it ok to buy Apacer Memory Stick Pro Duo? Or do I have to buy the original Sony memory stick?

What memory stick is compatible to PSP? Only the "Memory Stick Pro Duo?" or what?

Q2: How much space do a savegame for a game in PSP take?

If I'm not going to have a lot of music, and that kind of things... Do I need more than 2 GB then?

If your just using your memory stick for game saves then 2gb is wayyy too big, even 1gb is big. Never really heard of Apacer but seeing it is a memory stick pro duo it should work fine. It doesn't have to be official Sony, it can be sandisk etc. Just make sure its pro duo and MagicGate not SD.

Hi MB! Thanks for the answer. I'm sorry to post this in the games section. Didn't see that before I'd posted.. "noooob"

Okay, so then I can use whatever memorycard, as long as it's a duo pro.

I'm going to have som music on it, but not much... And 2gb isn't that expencive... I'm going to use my psp on planetrips and when I'm out with my work...

If you think 2gb is cheap then go for it, i guess the bigger the better.
