Must have must play games
Check out this list of must have games for the Holiday Season from the editor of kotaku published in the Rocky Mountain News. You have to click the 2 links at the bottom of the article to get the lists.
Good lists, especially for PS3 owners. Here's the link. What do you guys think? Any additions, subtractions? IMO I would have added Gran Turismo Prologue.

Nice list, let me give my opinions:
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - FINALLY a CoD thats not WWII, it looks great too. Halo 3 - Duh, its halo, even if it was terrible everyone would buy it. Heavenly Sword - The demo was awesome, but I am still waiting for a full game review and rating from players. Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass - *Sigh* another Zelda game... Mass Effect - Everyone is so excited about this, but when I watched the videos I thought it had terrible framerate issues. Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction - Hellz ye, ratched & clank in HD FTW Rock Band - Guitar Hero FTW Super Mario Galaxy - Don't like mario since it N64. Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Never got into the hype, but people love it. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune - adventure game, looked boring to me. Enemy Territories Quake Wars - Looks pretty bad to me. Beowulf - Never seen it. Guitar Hero 3 - Iron Maiden, Dragonforce, Metallica, Guns and Roses, and more... Army of Two - Hope they get the AI right. Crysis - Makes me very very sad because my PC can't run it. Assassin’s Creed - I expect it to be one of the best games this year. Kane and Lynch: Dead Men - Not for me. Haze - Waiting to see how good the story is. SOCOM Confrontation - Another Socom... Unreal Tournament 3 - Probably one of the best PS3 games this year, plus the first for PC - PS3 crossplatform. God of War: Chains of Olympus - Its god of war, what more must I say? Universe at War: Earth Assault - Never heard of it. World in Conflict - Looks good, but I'm not into RTS. Richard Garriott’s Tabula Rasa - Something... Half Life 2: The Orange Box - OMFG I WILL FINALLY BE ABLE TO PLAY ALL OF HL2 IN HIGH DEFINITION, THIS WILL BE THE GREATEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!! Zak and Wikki: Quest for Barbaros’ Treasure - no idea. Conan - O.o Eye of Judgment - I don't want to listen to little kids over voice com. Sing Star - Guess what, its another karaoke revolution. Folklore - I'm not into RPGs, so I have no idea. Well that was pretty long.

I'm getting Halo 3 the first day it comes out, I don't have to be into school until 11:48 on Tuesdays, and my mom goes by the gamestop that I preordered it at every morning, so I'm going to wake up earlier, go with her on school runs, stop in for a second, and than go back home and play it till school.
I should be getting Guitar Hero III the day after it comes out because it comes out on a Monday, unless I can convince my mom to swing by on Monday so I can stay up all night playing it.  As with Assassin's Creed, I want that too, but I probably won't get it until July 20th of next year. And with Rock Band, that game looks bad a**, I'm going to ask my grandpa for it for Christmas, he's rich, so he'll probably get it for me, after all, he got me a PS3 last Christmas and $400 worth of computer parts on my last birthday.
