I take the 360 Hard Drive apart, than plug it into the SATA on my computer, than start this program, Xplorer360 I think it's called, than I find it in there and copy them to my Hard Drive.
If you've got SATA on your computer, than you can do it, hit me up on MSN and I'll send you a link telling you how to do it. I can't post the link here because it's not on the most legal website... |

I heard you can buy a Western Digital 120 GB I think and than you can flash the firmware on it to make it into a 360 Hard drive. I'll google it and provide a link.

I would suggest people not put a non-original hard disk in the 360. Even if you manage to trick the console, it is a sure fire way of getting your 360 banned on live.
