Hello all,

My cousin has a problem with his PS3 WiFi internet. It was working for 2 months but it suddenly went dead. When he tries to connect, it says "cannot connect to router" anybody had experienced the same problem?

thx

So Monkey is the router having a problem or your ps3???

Have you tried resetting the router???

Taking it to a mates house with a similiar set up and testing it out there???

When anyone has a problem it is always nice to have the solution as well as the hassle for others to read if they suffer the same problem.

Regards

Des

Yes, you should first test your router, since as far as I know, those things fail a lot more often than the PS3, at least in my case. Also, if you can connect through a line, why would you want to use wireless? I understand if you just want it to work, but wired connection is just so much better.

My PSP would find my old router but the 360 wouldnt, then i found out that the 360 wasnt compatible with that router. So i moved rooms and its now wired.
