Sorry I can't offer any good suggestions, maybe your router isn't compatible with the PS3??? Is that even a possibility??? Sorry if that's dumb, I'm just throwing ideas out.

well moved it to a different room closer to the router and the PS3 found the router and it was 100% connection.
Glad its back up and running now
