Won't happen. Epic is already getting their way. There was a dispute over charging for the new maps, but they came to an agreement. They would charge for a while, then soon (September or August) Epic would re-release them for free.

Looks like you won't be getting it for the PS3/

Bad luck Ryder. It was never going to happen if we're honest. Xbox 360 exclusives just don't move to the PS3 as the console sales aren't currently there to justify it - it would be an extraordinarily bad business move.

Man, I rented Gears of War for the 360, my brother and I are working on beating it for the second time, but unfortunately it has to go back tomorrow.

It's a great game and while it only takes a few days to beat it on co-op, I plan on buying it pretty soon. Also, there's rumors that a Gears of War novel might come out. If that's true, I'll probably get it, I need to start reading more, it's been at least a year since I last read a real book.

On the topic, I read about that, but I didn't believe it for a second, the 360 gamers outnumber the PS3 gamers by a lot ATM, like Pagnell said, it would be bad for business.

But it would help out the lack lustre titles for the ps3 out something rotten.... bout time they had a GREAT game to play.... hopefully it will happen.

all I'll say is after playing Gears i'm really tempted to trade in my Wii for a 360, all depends on if some good games come for the Wii or not

I guess you were on vacation when I said this a while back, but I own both consoles 360 and PS3 and I had Gears given to me by a friend, I played it and gave it back, it just didn't strike me as amazing, and as for me saying I might get it if it comes to PS3, I had to choose weather I wanted to keep the PS3 or 360 while being grounded for what I did and I chose my PS3, and my friend moved to I think Ohio so I can't even get Gears back from him if I wanted to... :wink:
