Should i get carbon? - PSP-Forum.com

my B/day in a few days and i'm thinking of getting carbon for the ps3
i need a driving/racing game and carbon seems great
any reason why i shouldn't get this?

or any other suggestions would be great

All I can say is that Carbon was the worst game I have ever wasted $60 on...I cant stand the horrible game play or pathetic story line....do not get this game!!! Umn get Motorstorm...best racing game out to date...

Yeah, I heard Carbon sucks. I've yet to play a street racing game better than NFS Underground 2.

And I've actually played Motorstorm at my neighbor's house and it's really fun. The graphics are mindblowing.

yeh motorstorm is good but i've already got it
RR i got aswell
so looks like carbon it is, its cheap anyway (£20 which is about $40)

Motorstorm is okay, nothing to write home about. I played it with Bamhm for a while and it didn't really blow me away. Nothing other racers haven't already done.

Played Motorstorm and wasn't impressed with it's very arcadey feel. I much prefered the buggy race on the Dirt demo on Live.

So buy neither and wait for Dirt to come out for the PS3.

I like Motorstorm quite a bit, you won't regret buying it if you choose to (online is fantastic). However, if you want a REALLY GREAT racing game wait for GT5. 8)

I didn't like Carbon, it for boring in a hurry. I played it for about 2 weeks tops. Motorstorm is pretty good IMO, haven't played that, or the PS3 much at all lately...

Or sell your PS3, buy a 360 and buy Forza 2. :wink:

Ahhh, the debate rages on. I haven't gotten a chance to check out Forza yet, but I've heard it's really good. I still don't know if it's a system seller like GT is yet though... :lol:
