You know what there is room for both of the consol makers... It would be a sad place if just one existed.... Competition is a good thing as each strives to beat the other and we the gamers reap the rewards of cheaper better kit and better software.

The Wii is an interesting thing and I am wondering if it is just a gimmicky thing that will be in fashion for a short while before people get board with it.
I would love to have a play with one though.... not sure what the cats would think of my waving me arms about like a loon  They freaked out when I was playing that Tottum pole game on the 360 with the camera ops:

Wii gamers wont get bored of their wii, Wii Sports is just way too addictive, just to get to pro first and then increase your ranking, theres also a cool little feature that tells you your fitness age, by giving you 3 different training games, it tells you your age based on how well you did, i'm on about 26 yo ATM, with 20 being the best.

I find i'm not entirely addicted to my Wii but I will try and spend 1-2 hours a day on it. (I NEVER played on my PS2, just sat in the corner collecting dust)

Though now I think I will be on my PSP a lot more since I've fixed my car now and I'm back on the road after a month of having lifts and being stuck @ home.

And why are you posting this in the PS3 section? Take your gloating to the Wii section.

Ease up, i commented on how nintendo may overtake so if he wants to talk about how the wii will not fade out then let him.

Intersting thing about the Wii and the exercise rating... wonder how long before this sort of idea catches on and people will be able to buy exercise software???

Some guy lost a few ounces playing Wii Sports over a couple of months. There was quite a big thing about it in the papers here.

No mention of the fact he could have lost more weight saying hello to Mr's Palm and her five children once a day.
