Weezer, you cuoldn't be more correct. Killzone was the supposed 'Halo Killer' and while it garnerd it's, uhh, 'fanbase,' it will never compete with Halo. In my opinion Halo 2 was worse than Halo, but it still kicked Killzone's ass. Wether a demo is released before Halo 3 (beta) is redundant because Halo will always be better, no matter what.

You couldn't be more right about the original Killzone. It tried, but the console couldn't handle it, so it ended up failing.

The thing I have to say, is that you can't be sure that Halo will always be better. You can say that it will always have more fans. For example, in my opinion, Half Life 2 + Counterstrike (Come in one package) beat halo 2 by a long shot, but there were still a lot more halo fans than HL2 fans.

I've only played the original Half-Life, and found it to be quite awful. The only interesting about it were the guns - the enemies were unoriginal, AI was mediocre, and the story was awful.

Uhuh, and how old is the originaly Half Life? When it first came out, it won multiple awards, and received a great score everywhere. Just look at gamespot - http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/ha...?q=half%20life

Next time, do some research before talking bad about a game. Especially when I said Half Life 2, not original Half Life. The second game absolutely destroys Halo and Halo 2 in graphics, physics, AI and story. (I didn't know about the AI and story, but my friend said so, and he has an xbox 360 and halo 2). Especially Halo 2 in which the story was simply bad.

Whoa, PMS. I realize that you were talking about Half-Life 2, which is why I clearly stated I have only played the original Half-Life in the opening sentence of my post. Just because Half-Life 2 got better reviews and stuff like that like that doesn't mean that it's better. In my opinion, Halo was better than Halo 2 (not to bash an amazing game

) and it still got better reviews.

I'll just voice my opinion, I've played both Halo 1 & 2 a few times on X-box, and played half-life on the PS1, didnt enjoy half life personally, love the halo games
