how long were you gone away from ur ps3 cuz if u have a sibling or parent that plays it when u dont no maybe they played it for a long time and wen u came home it was overheated. and next time to make sure flip the switch at the back instead of just putting the system on standby

This, my friends, is why I wait at least 3 months before buying a new console. Make sure the bugs are worked out. Sorry to hear about your bad luck though Bam.

Ryder's right, we figured it out on MSN, it's because I'd leave it on for like A LONG time, and than turn it off for a little bit, than about a week again, like that. With this one, I shut it off and take out the game like every minute that I'm not playing it.

Also, this lucky ass did get another one. That same night, lol

It wasn't them, it was just my idiotic ways of leaving it on...

Doesn't the 360 have serious heat issues with games like Oblivion, and doesn't it still suffer from the 3 red led syndrome?
