Yeah... I don't really know much about cars... All I knew about the Veyron is that it was sold by Bugatti, Idk... Oh well, I'll learn more about cars when I'm actually out there driving one.

No, its not...thats a killer 2.18 TREAFLOPS of processing power man....the PS3 is actualy a VERY cheap way to get a`hold of a cell broadband processor ...not to mention the slick Blu-ray drive...although its "Read Only" ...

Yeah, if you could burn the blu-ray discs, that'd be sooo useful because who doesn't have a blu-ray player that you could put the discs into??? lol

Taking a PS3 chip out to put in a PC means it would be limited in what it can run. Operating systems are programmed depending on the processor architecture it is going to be run on. You couldn't do that and just run Windows XP on it for example.

There is a lot of future potential for the PS3 and 360 for the like of Linux. The only issue is that any DVD/BluRay/HDDVD writers and or additional hard disks are going to have to run externally off either USB (slow) or some other future adapter that is made third party. I have seen both the PS3 and 360 with Linux running on them.

Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure Sony didn't make Yellow Dog... I'm not sure who did though.
