Im off to the states 02 november for 3 weeks, thus meaning i will be there on the release date of the PS3.

Do you think shops will have the kiosks on the release date?

And what shops should i look out for?

I'd say probably the most popular gaming shop there, GameSpot I think it's called...

Gamespot is only a game website. GameStop and EB Games are big gaming stores, but they all sold pre-orders, no way you can get a system there without one. The only chance you have is to go to a store like Best Buy or Wall Mart about 2 nights ahead, and camp out. Otherwise, you got no chance.

I doubt you will have a chance to buy a PS3 due to high demand, but best of luck with it.

I am coming to florida, orlando.

Im not planning on buying one, havent got the money yet, plus warrenty and regions for blu ray movies etc, wouldnt get one.

I just wanted to know if i could go test drive one somewhere.

Ryder, i know the walmart in orlando, the one that had the car show every thursday night in the car park. I might try there, maybe see you around :lol:

The guy at GameStop actually asked me if I wanted to reserve a PSP for when it comes out...I was really surprised. I don't have the money for it right now (or anytime in the near future) so I had to turn down his offer... :cry:

I don't think much will get one. I was #4 in pre-order line for FYE, and they only got 2 systems. The total US release is no longer 400,000 but 200,000.
