Default GTA Quick Q's

I'm going to pick up GTA: IV sometime in the next few days. I have a few questions:

1) How many bridges are in the game?
2) What are the real-life names of the bridges (Ex. Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge etc.)?

Thanks in advance.

There are 6 bridges in the game (if you count Leaper's Bridge and count all 3 East Borough Bridges as 1). I don't think they all have real life counterparts andnot all of the real life bridges are represented in the game, but this is the best I can think of:

ONES I KNOW FOR SURE:
The Broker Bridge corresponds to the Brooklyn Bridge in real life, the Algonquin Bridge corresponds to the Manhattan Bridge in real life, the Hickey Bridge in the game corresponds to the George Washington Bridge in real life.

ONES I'M IFFY ON:
Leaper's bridge corresponds to the Roosevelt Island Bridge in real life (I think),the East Borough Bridges in the game corresponds to the Queensborough Bridge in real life (pretty sure), the Northwood Heights Bridge in the game (I think) corresponds to theTriborough Bridge, and I think the Dukes Bay Bridge in the game is the Bronx Whitestone Bridge in real life.

Like I said, this is my best guess, hope this helps.

I can probably confirm those once I play the game, since I actually live in NYC (Brooklyn to be specific)

Yeah, you'd definitely know better than me lol. I've only been to NY once and I was there for only 8 days on my honeymoon. We mostly stayed in Manhattan the whole time too (we did get to go to Coney Island - mmmm...Nathan's). I do remember the 3 bridges that I said I knew for sure though, those are hard to mix up. The Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges look a lot like the real thing in the game, and the GW bridge is the only one connecting Manhattan and Jersey, amirite?

Oh and btw, don't forget to add me when you get a chance.

Yep, you are right about the GW bridge. What I don't understand is why everyone remembers that Nathan's place from Coney Island. It isn't even that good. I have a pizza place 1 block away from my house, called LaBelle's I believe. A lot of my friends come to that area just so that they can get some of their pizza. Hot dog wise, well I believe that they are pretty much the same thing that you can get from a stand anywhere in the city...

I guess it's because it's the most famous, either way, any hot dog in NY beats the heck out of anything we can get here.

Question

You're making me hungry thinking about the dirty water hot dogs.
What's the GTA name of the George Washington Bridge?
