3.0ghz amd dual core
4gig (800mhz) ram
8800GT graphics card
500gb sataII
asus mobo, sli compatible etc.
gaming case
19" lcd monitor
700w psu

All for £550 (£1100)

You may want to consider waiting for a GeForce 9xxx series card, seeing how they are starting to come out already. Also, why are you going with AMD CPU instead of Intel?

The real 9 series is coming out like in 2 months. Plus the 9800GX2 is like $500-$600!!!! Yeah right! Oh Kev, but if your going to go with that card you might as well get the 9600GT. That card your getting isn't as good as the 8800 G92.

I read that it was going to be only $400, which is an incredible deal.

I also have to disagree with you about the 8800GT. It has better performance than the 9600GT at almost all times, so there is no point with going with the latter one. The 8800gts (G92) does yield better performance than the 8800GT, but not all the time, and the boost is not that great. With a $50 price difference, I don't think it is really worth it.

Beserk fury, im getting this PC so i can run CAD programs and linux (ubuntu with maby visual customizations). I know this card will defo handle that, so im not looking for a over rediculously prived card capable of running 4 windows of crysis at once lol.

When i saw it i was like "YEY They have an 80g PS3 in Europe" then i saw the website and thought well "dammit".

I hadd a little look around google and according to a few websites they are not bringing the 80g over to Europe. I would be happy with getting a 40g but since it doesnt have B/C it is really annoying. I will just have to keep my fingers crossed

that they do bring it over here. Although knowing my luck i will give up and just after i have bought a 40g one they will announce that they are gonna bring the 80g over
