Default Burnout Paradise

I just got this game today and I must say it's superb. There's tons of stuff to do, (I especially like the Freeburn Challenges and Road Rules for quick fun) I think you could play this game for months and not even get close to doing everything. The graphics are sweet and run very smoothly.

The only things that kinda suck are the replacement of Crash mode with Showtime Mode (which is growing on me actually), how you can't retry events if you fail (you have to drive back to the intersection which can be very far away to restart them) and that Road Rage and Marked Man aren't playable in online.

Otherwise, the game is everything great about Burnout, but now in an open (humongous) city. Everything is seamless and it's just a great time. If you are at all a fan of the franchise, I strongly recommend picking this one up.

I really like the demo and how the online play went. Gonna go and pick this up hopefully tomorrow.
I'm gonna get DMC4 next month too, the demo was great.

Cool, let me know when you guys get it and we'll get some online going. I must say, it's a pretty good change of pace from all the shooters I've been playing lately.

BTW, I read on IGN that the PS3 version is better (lighting, framerate, game speed) than the 360 version. I think this is because the PS3 was (finally) the lead platform for development on this game.

Well i was at my friends house today and he just got burnout and there was a mission which was called the "Nakamura" and the challenge was called ''YATTA''!
Haha how awesome.

For those that don't know, Hiro Nakamura is a character on NBC show, Heroes. In the first episode, when he travels to New York with his ability, he is seen in Times Square screaming "Yatta!" which means "I did it!".
