So because Nintendo did something new and these big mouth programmers have to learn something new it makes it a crap design?
Ones person opinion doesn't make it a crap design. And just like you said, because its hard for him to develop it makes it a crap design or does it make him a crap programmer? And also I remember he also retracted those statements. |

besides, Nintendo knew exactly what they were doing, if they did such a thing, its because they wanted to do so . . . the problem is: i won't say this guy is a loser, cos he is Wii is a piece of sh!t, who gave he this right do say so. . . cos by sayin that, he is saying Nintendo's developers are losers by making a sh!t. Yeah i just got into a conclusion: Dev (or whatever da hell is your name) you're a LOSER , go and make your all console. . .

Why should he? it's his opinion, not law. Second of all, shame on Nintendo and Sony. The point is to drive cost DOWN not UP. If devs have to invest time and money into learning how to program for a new architecture, then that pushes back the release date, ****es fans off, and leads to loss of revenue. The 360 is so close to programming on a computer that some devs don't even notice the difference.
Not shame on the dev, shame on the company. Constantine

New?
under producing the CPU to handle AI? No thats not new, nintendo are quite good at that now. Programmers have to learn dosent make it crap? They didnt have to learn at all, you clearly know nothing about programmin. Put it this way, get a world champion Nasca / F1 driver race around a track and then put them in a go kart. They are going to be like its crap. They dont need to learn how to drive the go kart, thats damn easy, but it makes it harder for them because the go kart is restricting their abilities. Oh and thanks Constantine, good point. Kev 8) |

Well is its not new, under producing, and they dont have to learn anything then they all should be thanking nintendo for making such a easy platform to make games on. With your theory they only need the basics in programming games for it so they can make a whole game in a week cause its soooo easy for them and they already know how to do it.

What i am saying is that compared to the PS3 an 360 the wii is like a go kart, just hasnt the power to keep up with its rivals, not only in the graphics department but also in the AI department, most likely aswell the physics department. That is why he is saying its a peice of crap because it just makes it real hard to get any results out of the thing. Dont get me wrong i think the wii is cool, but i am against someone coming up with immature comments about how its the programmers fault that a console hasnt got the power to match his ability. Sure there is you cannot compare the first batch of games to the last batch at the end of a consoles life. And his lack of interest in programming Wii games still does not merit the Wii as crap. His statement would be true if Nintendo said the Wii is a competitor to the PS3 or even 360 but the truth is Nintendo never said that. Nintendo said they wanted their system to cover a broad range of players. If someone likes a game its not because it has amazing graphics or advanced AI, sure it helps a game but that’s not what makes a game.
