Here’s a very enjoyable read concerning Nintendo and their customer service department where one mother was suggested to just go ahead and bring a faulty Wii on into Nintendo’s repair facility for a speedy fix. Not only was it a fast repair, but the overall mood of the people working for Nintendo seemed nice and friendly as well! Why can’t more companies offer such delightful customer support?

Seriously, That's just one of the many reasons why I loooooooove Nintendo. :P
I've NEVER had a bad experience with them that I can think of. I mean, I used to take off all the stickers on my games(God knows why) but I accidentally left my GBA out in the sun one day and than when I came home, the screen had melted or something, I called Nintendo, and they were really polite, and they asked for the serial number, and I said I took it off because I didn't know I needed it, and than, the guy was just like, well, you shouldn't take them off because it voids the warranty, but we'll replace it anyways, than they replaced it, for FREE too. Something Sony wouldn't do even in their wildest dreams, they won't even touch it if the serial number's off. Also, there was something wrong with my GBA SP, dropped it in water I think, and they replaced that with no bother too. NINTENDO ROCK! :P |
