Default 3gp converter help

I need help with this program. Everytime I try to use use it theres an error. I've tried to download MPEG4 codecs but nothing seems to work.

try using psp video 9, or just try fiddling with the codec settings.

Do you install Quicktime in your PC ???
I got the same problem too. But after installing QuickTime everything works.
