So do psp wallpapers come is 300x170 or 480x 720 pixels? Is there a maximum size that they need do come in or a certain format they have to be?

Well, they HAVE to be JPEG (or .jpg), and they have to be this size....

You can use that as a template.

New Bliss is the wallpaper replacing bliss in Windows Media center theme for XP. It's the only system wallpaper that I actually like...

It's not possible. The icons show both the white part of the icon and a black "shadow" not visible on the current wallpapers. Whatever the color is, either the black icons or white icons will show.

Yeah, I know about the shadows on the icons but I think an icon on the white background just looks weird...
