Default Mpg4 Playback Problem

I have successfully converted to mpeg4 format and copied to my psp slim. Video is recongnised and playback starts, but will only play approx 1 second then stops and returns to main menu.

Has anyone got any ideas what i have done wrong

The PSP cant play any MP4 file, they have to be within certain parameters, (resolution and bitrate etc) What program did you use?

I am having the same issues. I am using PSP video 9 & followed everything on Monkey Business tutorial.

I'm running a 3.80 m33-5 CFW.

My video plays for 3 sec then stops. Any else I should check?

Download CloneDVDmobile from slysoft.com its a great programme and will encode yr movies for you with ease free for 21day trial. I have the full version and this is the programme I use never had one single problem tranfering AVC mp4's ever. There set to the psp's native resolution too 480x272 and really are comparable with umd. I just rip and convert my DVD's simple. Will convert to other formats too.

Its easy to promote what you prefer to use HF. I think PSP Video 9 is ****, but i'll reccomend it, as others have. there are many options when it come to video conversion, if the above choice doesnt work, try PSPVC and also PSP Video Express. You may find you like another more than the alternative. My personal preference is PSP video express

Hi,

I suggest you PSP Video 9 as it is very user-friendly.

There are better program available but most of them are not easy at all.

Bye
