Default New to PSP, Can't upload music :(

Hi , I tried the tutorials and maybe I'm doing something wrong

I have tried (after formating card each time) to load music using Media player to my PSP with USB and just the card with a reader/writer . I make up my Sync list and start sync, shows them loading , says all files synced. I go to music on PSP and it shows a box beside each artists name and 0 tracks. Try to play them and it says no tracks. Try to delete and it say can't there is a file.

Took the card and put it in reader and it would play the tracks

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong !!!

TIA
James

I dont have my PSP anymore, but I remember I had to put the music into a special folder..I'm assuming you've done that much though...

Stop syncing with the media player, just copy manually your song to ~/PSP/MUSIC. It should work

Alright, deleted his post. I thought that the whole thing was spam, so I locked it, than noticed that it wasn't, than I unlocked it, but it unlocked weird, so it should be unlocked, but if not, PM me, or one of the other mods/admins will unlock it.

Connect the PSP via USB cable to your PC, choose "Open folder to view files", and just copy the music files into a folder that should be called MUSIC. If there isn't one, make it, but the name has to be in all caps.
