Default Fitting Movies

I have heard some of you people put movies on your PSP and i know how to do that but i was wandering how do you fit them on to a 30MB memory stick or do you use the 1GB ones?

Ya you need at least a 512mb, but I would recomend to spring for the 1gb. You'll have enough room for a movie and some music and video.
