You can transfer music and I think movies and pictures. When you plug in your PSP, it should automatically detect it. If not, try entering USB mode on your PSP. A folder should then appear on your desktop and you can drag the file to-and-fro.

Hello, Ok perhaps you should check out some MAC forums and ask about somtware specifically for the MAC that can convert to MP4 format. I would have expected there to be something but as the vast majority of users her are all PC based we will not have the insight as a dedicated Mac forum would. Click here. Go to Mac OS X, and then go to downloads. Then search for movie compression.
