Can you view pictures that are zipped on your PSP?
i.e. PSP>PICTURES>My Pics.zip

No, JPG files only. Besides, the folder has to be named PHOTOS, or else it doesn't work.

I was being hypothetical. I mean like if I have a group of five JPG's that I zipped and put in the folder. Would it read it?

Again, no. If you just put them in a regular folder inside PHOTOS, then it will work, but nothing can be zipped.
